These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and e111. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager on e111, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted every provision set out in this document. What You Should Know Before Reading the Full Terms
Access to e111 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Providing false information about your age during registration is a material breach of these terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Each player may hold only one active account on e111. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or through third parties — constitutes fraudulent activity and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and all funds being withheld pending investigation.
Bonuses and promotional offers on e111 are intended for genuine recreational players. Any attempt to exploit bonus structures, circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinate bonus abuse across multiple accounts will result in bonus cancellation and potential account suspension.
e111 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Any player found using software tools, bots, artificial intelligence, or any other automated system to gain an unfair advantage will have their account immediately suspended and all winnings voided.
All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your e111 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts — including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank accounts not matching your verified identity — are strictly prohibited and will be declined.

1. General Terms and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between e111 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who registers an account, accesses the website at e111.club, or uses any service, game, or feature available through the e111 platform. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract. Access to, or use of, the e111 platform signifies unconditional acceptance of all terms set out herein.
e111 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh and other permitted markets. The platform offers a range of products including cricket betting, live casino games, slot titles, Mega Fishing, and Cockfighting. All products and services are provided subject to this Agreement in its entirety.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any other communication — including promotional material, bonus offers, or customer support correspondence — these Terms & Conditions shall prevail. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
e111 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any portion of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the platform after any such revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. 2. Account Registration and Eligibility
To access the full range of services offered by e111, you are required to register a player account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of this Agreement.
The following eligibility criteria must be satisfied before you may register and use an e111 account:
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited.
- You must not already hold an active or previously suspended account on the e111 platform.
- You must not be acting on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of e111 or any affiliated entity.
Each player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on e111. The opening of duplicate accounts — whether intentionally or inadvertently — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, e111 reserves the right to close all but the oldest account, void any bonuses claimed across duplicates, and withhold funds pending a full investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. e111 will not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3. Age Restriction and Verification
e111 takes its responsibility regarding underage gambling extremely seriously. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you understand the financial risks associated with gambling. You further confirm that you are not registering on behalf of, or to facilitate the gambling activities of, any person under the age of 18.
e111 may request age and identity verification documents at any stage of your relationship with the platform — including at registration, before processing your first withdrawal, or at any other point where we reasonably require confirmation of your identity. Acceptable documents may include a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Proof of address in the form of a recent utility bill or bank statement may also be requested.
Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe — typically 7 business days of the request being issued — may result in your account being restricted or suspended until the required documentation is received and verified. e111 will not process withdrawal requests for accounts where identity verification remains outstanding.
Where an account is found to have been registered by or used by a person under the age of 18, e111 will close the account immediately, void all bets placed and any resulting winnings, and report the matter as required. Any deposits made to such an account will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
e111 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored specifically for players in Bangladesh. Accepted payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The following general rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the e111 platform:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
- All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- Deposits are generally credited to your e111 wallet within a few minutes. Processing times may vary during periods of high transaction volume or due to circumstances outside of e111's control.
- Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification requirements.
- e111 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits on a per-transaction or per-day basis. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.
- Withdrawals to mobile wallets such as bKash and Nagad are typically completed the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
- e111 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges; please check with your provider directly.
e111 implements Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in line with industry best practice. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing any large or unusual withdrawal. Players who are unable or unwilling to provide such documentation may have their withdrawal requests suspended pending further review.
5. Bonus and Promotions Policy
e111 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and seasonal incentives tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major ICC tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, as well as the general provisions set out in this section.
The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotional offers issued by e111:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time limit; unused bonus funds expire automatically when the time limit is reached.
- Bonus funds may only be used for the game categories or sports betting markets specified in the individual offer terms. Using bonus funds in restricted game types may result in the bonus being voided.
- Only one active bonus may be applied to an account at any given time unless e111 explicitly states otherwise. Claiming a new bonus while one is already active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
- e111 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a promotion at the time of any such change will not be retroactively affected, provided that the relevant wagering activity had commenced before the change took effect.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or redeemed for real money without satisfying the applicable wagering requirements in full.
- Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, coordinated wagering, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers — will have all associated bonuses voided and their account reviewed for potential suspension.
Specific bonus terms, including the applicable wagering multiplier, minimum odds requirements, eligible games, and expiry dates, will be communicated clearly at the time each offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general provisions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
6. Betting Rules and Void Markets
All sports betting activity on e111 — including cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — is governed by the rules set out in this section, supplemented by sport-specific rules available within the relevant betting markets on the platform. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing any wager.
The following general betting rules apply across all sports and markets on e111:
- All bets are accepted subject to e111's right to refuse or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where there are reasonable grounds to suspect match manipulation, misuse of insider information, or irregular betting patterns.
- Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended by the player, except in accordance with the Cash Out feature where available.
- Bets placed on markets that are subsequently declared void — due to event cancellation, abandonment, or other qualifying circumstances — will have the stake returned to the player's account. No winnings are paid on void bets.
- In the event of an obvious pricing error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "palp"), e111 reserves the right to void any affected bets at its discretion, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
- Live in-play bets are accepted subject to a brief delay to prevent exploitation of event outcomes already known to the player at the time of placement. e111 reserves the right to void in-play bets where there is clear evidence that the outcome was already determined at the time of placement.
- Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. Current payout limits are available in the platform's Sports Betting Rules section.
For cricket markets specifically, matches that are abandoned before reaching the minimum number of overs required for a result under the relevant governing body's rules (ICC, BCB, or the applicable domestic board) will generally be treated as void unless a formal result is declared. Reduced-over matches will be settled on the official result as declared by the match officials.
7. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using the e111 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with this Agreement and all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of e111 complies with the laws of the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on e111:
- Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without their explicit written consent and without their full knowledge of these terms.
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of any illegal activity.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the e111 platform, including other player accounts, back-end systems, or administrative interfaces.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to interact with the platform in a non-human manner, including for the purpose of placing bets, exploiting game mechanics, or collecting data.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including the coordination of bets across multiple accounts to exploit promotions or skew market outcomes.
- Communicating threatening, abusive, defamatory, or harassing content through any channel provided by e111, including live chat, email, or social media.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the e111 software or platform infrastructure.
- Claiming bonuses or promotional offers through dishonest means, including the creation of duplicate accounts or the provision of false identity information.
e111 employs a range of technical and human monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where a violation is identified, e111 reserves the right to take immediate action without prior notice, up to and including permanent account suspension and the forfeiture of any funds held in the account at the time of the violation.
e111 will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in the event that any player's activity is suspected to involve criminal conduct. This may include the disclosure of account information, transaction records, and other personal data in response to a valid legal request.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
e111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to provide requested identity or age verification documents within the specified timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
- Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7 of this Agreement.
- A valid request from a law enforcement body or regulatory authority.
- The player being identified as a resident of a jurisdiction in which e111's services are not permitted.
Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the e111 support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any outstanding balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, provided that all identity verification requirements have been satisfied and there are no active investigations relating to your account.
Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem are encouraged to use e111's self-exclusion feature rather than simply closing their account. Self-exclusion provides a more robust barrier against re-registration and is the recommended approach for players seeking a longer-term break from gambling. Upon the permanent closure of an account — whether initiated by the player or by e111 — all accumulated bonus balances, free bet credits, and unrealised promotional entitlements will be forfeited. Only verified real-money balances will be returned to the player, subject to the conditions described above.
